These roasted lemon myrtle macadamias are a super easy, delicious and flavourful snack.
Now, I’m sure everybody has already tried macadamias and personally they are one of my favourite nuts. You may have also heard of lemon myrtle before…maybe not in your food, but quite possibly you’ve seen lemon myrtle listed as one of the ingredients in your soaps or shampoos.
Lemon myrtle smells clean and a little sharp, yet still refreshing. I also think it smells a bit like lime. For this recipe we’ll be using dried lemon myrtle which can be found at your health food store or online. I have yet to come across fresh lemon myrtle, but I’m sure it’s out there somewhere…
Anyway, this recipe is so easy and fast to make that within ten minutes you’ll have yourself a delicious and savoury snack.
