This green smoothie with pineapple is a refreshing, easy and tasty way to start the day. It’s a delicious breakfast that makes you feel awake, energetic and satisfied.
The smoothie contains pineapple which gives it sweetness and a tropical touch as well as ginger which adds a spicy kick. It also includes a date, hemps seeds, spinach, mint and water. Seven simple ingredients blended together, resulting in a yummy smoothie.
You can also add a scoop of protein powder to this smoothie if that’s something you enjoy. However, I haven’t tried it myself because I really dislike the taste and texture of protein powder. It’s just not for me.

Green Smoothie with Pineapple

- 1 High-powered blender
- 150 g frozen pineapple
- 15 g ginger (skin removed)
- 1 tsp hemp seeds
- 1 date (pitted)
- 60 g spinach
- 1 handful fresh mint
- 600 g water
- Add all ingredients into a high-powered blender.
- Blend for 45 seconds to 1 minutes until smooth. Serve in a glass of your choosing and enjoy.
