Instructions
Thinly slice the cucumber with a mandolin or knife. Add the cucumber slices into a salad bowl.
Add the verjuice, olive oil, dill and mint leaves into the bowl. Mix with the cucumber until combined.
Season the salad with salt and pepper to your liking. Mix the salad once more and enjoy.
