lemon zest

lemon juice
salt flakes to taste
Instructions
Preheat the oven to 180°C and line a baking tray with some baking paper.
Add all the ingredients into a bowl and mix thoroughly. Then add the mix onto the baking tray and bake for 8-10 minutes.
When the nuts are roasted, take the tray out of the oven and let them cool down. Once the nuts are cooled completely...enjoy!
