Toppings

pine nuts
toast for a few minutes in a fry pan

tbsp
sundried tomatoes
cut into strips

tbsp
fresh parsley

cracked pepper
Instructions
Drain and rinse the chickpeas.
Add the chickpeas, tahini, lemon juice, salt and water into a high-powered blender or food processor. Blend until smooth.
Once the hummus is approaching your desired "smoothness", slowly pour in the olive oil while continuing to blend.
Serve the hummus with toasted pine nuts, sundried tomatoes, fresh parsley and cracked pepper or anything else you desire.
