Instructions
Preheat the oven to 160°C.
Lay the nuts onto a baking tray and roast for 10-12 minutes at 160°C. Check after 8 minutes and give them a little shake if they roast on some places more easily than others.
Once the nuts are roasted, take them out of the oven and transfer them into a bowl.
Add the olive oil, za'atar and salt and mix well with the nuts. It's easiest to toss the nuts inside the bowl.
Let the nuts cool down and enjoy!
